• Cancellation requests made more than 7 days before the campaign start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the campaign start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds are available once a campaign has launched or promotional content has been published.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to a fault on our end, a full refund will be issued.

4. Digital Products

Should TheGamingTheme offer downloadable guides, e-books, or other digital products in the future, the following will apply:

• Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase, where the product has not been downloaded or accessed, will be honored in full.
• Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are generally unable to offer a refund due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods. Exceptions may be made at our discretion where there is a demonstrable product defect.
• If a digital product is materially different from its description at the time of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. Subscription or Membership (Future)

If a paid membership tier is introduced at any point, we commit to providing the following minimum refund rights:

• A 14-day cooling-off period from the date of initial subscription purchase, during which a full refund can be requested.
• Pro-rated refunds for unused portions of annual subscription periods where a member cancels after the cooling-off period, subject to a reasonable administration fee.
• No refunds for monthly subscription periods that have already been billed and accessed.

Specific terms will be communicated clearly at the point of purchase if and when such services are introduced.

6. Affiliate Purchases

TheGamingTheme may include affiliate links to third-party products or services. If you purchase a product through one of these links, the transaction takes place entirely between you and the third-party retailer or provider. Refunds for such purchases must be requested directly from the relevant retailer or service provider, in accordance with their own refund and returns policy. TheGamingTheme is not a party to these transactions and cannot process refunds on behalf of third parties.
